Spend Your Golden Horns Wisely! The biggest mistake new players make is using golden horns to buy cosmetics at the start of their ToM careers.  Use them on starter kits, runes, and weapon and armor recipes in the shop instead. Those have the biggest impact on your progression.  Starter Kits Most of the starter kits in the shop aren’t very good. There are two that you should make a note of in the beginning though.  The Feral Starter Kit which includes a Feral Hammer and a Nothing to Hide rune, which gives you an increase of 150 damage when you aren’t wearing armor.  It can be a little tough to stay alive without armor, but if you can dodge roll well you can clear out mobs really easily because of the attack power increase. Keep in mind that you can have a shield equipped and the rune will still work. So you can block if you need to. The other is the Harvester Starter Kit. Intro: What exactly is Tribes of Midgard?  Tribes of Midgard is a roguelike based on Norse Mythology. It reminds me of Valheim, but you’re looking top down on your character. Instead of building up a character long term like in Valheim, you’ll be resetting the world. This means you’ll lose all of your gear, but you’ll be rewarded if you make it out of the world alive. because of this, it has tons of replay potential for both solo players and parties alike. Game Modes: Saga and Survival Saga Mode The game features two modes, Saga and Survival. In Saga mode, you and 9 others will take on the ancients (end game bosses) while protecting your village and the Seed of Yggdrasil from the creatures that spawn during the night.  Each day gets shorter until day 14, which is when the night time is permanent.
